the first 5 pieces are in the tradition of 1970s fusion - which always had an romantic acoustic as well as electric side - and free jazz. on my 7-string stoll extended range guitar, I follow a fixed pitch set and a previously unused tuning and improvise within these self-set limitations. i take up the same pitch set again in the electric improvisations - both in the percussion and the drone.

the following two tracks are long-form ambient textures for a dozen instruments each divided in asynchronous loops. half of the tracks I use a synthesizer, which can be played like a cello, and the other half consists of various electric guitars.
